M33 Firmware
Anybody use the M33 Firmware (custom by DarkAlex) on their PSP? My friend has it, and he said there are some awesome additions in 5.00.

Re: M33 Firmware
I'm just starting to get into PSP's, so I'm still learning the ropes of all the knick knacks, especially for Firmware related stuff, it can be confusing (at least for me ). What are the new additions for the new version if I may ask?

What M33 anyway? I might ask my cousin to install it.

Re: M33 Firmware
I wish I understood Firmware. I don't even know what it is, or does.

Re: M33 Firmware
zpj: It's really not that hard. Think of rom chips (like the bios chip and stuff)And then think no hard drive, and then think that the firmware (operating system) Is on a rom chip in the PSP.
Acrox: M33 is firmware that lets you download custom made games for your PSP, and download Iso's/cso's of actual PSP games and put them on your memory stick and play them. It is very complicated. It involves cutting pat of your battery, which is very stressful because if you let 2 parts touch each other it shorts out.
I MAYBE can give links, but I'll have to look around.
EDIT:: Here's a vid I used i think. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTGmaTYGC2U
Its in such crappy quality, he gives you a link to download it in the comments, along with links you need.
